These Terms of Service govern your use of buybackdirect.com and our retail stores. By using our website or visiting our stores, you agree to these terms. BuyBack Direct is operated from 187 Kenwood Dr N, Levittown, PA 19055. For questions about these terms, email help@buybackdirect.com.

  • All device buyback transactions completed in our stores
  • All use of the website, including browsing, search, and account creation

1. Use of the Services

You may use our website and stores for personal, non commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the site or stores to commit fraud, sell stolen goods, or violate any law. You must be at least 18 years old to sell a device to BuyBack Direct. You must provide a valid government photo ID for every device buyback transaction.

We may refuse service to any customer at our discretion if we suspect fraud, theft, or any other illegal activity.

2. Products and Availability

All devices listed on buybackdirect.com or available in our stores are pre owned and sold as is, with our 30 day store warranty. Product images are representative and the actual device may have minor cosmetic variations that match the listed condition grade.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices on buybackdirect.com are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping or pickup address.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay for online orders. In store purchases can also be paid in cash. For device buyback transactions, the default payment method is cash. Other payment methods can be arranged in store.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and bonus offers are subject to the terms posted at the time of the promotion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Most devices purchased on buybackdirect.com ship within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

In store pickup is free at our Levittown and Philadelphia stores. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will hold pickup orders for up to 7 days from the ready date.

5. Warranty, Returns, and Refund Policy

All devices sold by BuyBack Direct come with a 30 day store warranty covering hardware defects that are not caused by physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repair.

You can return any device for any reason within 7 days of purchase or delivery, as long as the device is returned in the same condition we sold it in, with all original accessories. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Device buyback transactions are final. We do not offer buy backs, returns, or exchanges on devices you have sold to us.
