If you change your mind within 7 days, bring the device back to the same store in the same condition we sold it, with all the original accessories, and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, the 30 day store warranty still covers any hardware defect that is not caused by physical damage or liquid damage.

Devices Sold to BuyBack Direct When you sell a device to BuyBack Direct, the sale is final once you sign the sale sheet. We do not offer buy backs, exchanges, or returns on devices you have sold to us. Please make sure you have backed up any data you want to keep before bringing the device into the store. Our team can help walk you through a backup if you need it.

What Is Not Covered Our return policy does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage caused by unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Devices returned without all original accessories may be subject to a restocking fee.
