What devices do you buy?
We buy phones, iPhones, laptops, MacBooks, tablets, iPads, Apple Watch and other smartwatches, gaming consoles, headphones, AirPods, cameras, and more. Not sure if we buy what you have? Call us and ask.
Do I need an appointment to sell?
No. Walk in any time during open hours. Most visits take 15 minutes or less.
How do I get a quote?
Stop by our Levittown or Philadelphia store during open hours. Our team will check your device and give you a written quote on the spot. The quote is good for 7 days if you want time to decide.
What if my device is broken or will not turn on?
We still want to see it. Cracked screens, water damage, dead batteries, locked devices, and devices that will not power on can still have value. Bring it in and let us look.
When do I get paid?
As soon as you accept the offer and sign the sale sheet. Cash is the default. Other payment methods can be arranged in store.
What happens to my data?
We wipe every device at the counter, in front of you if you want to watch. Photos, messages, saved logins, banking apps, and accounts are removed before the device leaves the store.
Do you buy from businesses or schools in bulk?
Yes. We work with offices, schools, and IT departments on bulk device buybacks. Send an inventory list to help@buybackdirect.com and we will reply with a bulk offer or schedule an on site pickup.
How do you decide what to pay?
We look at the make and model, storage size, cosmetic condition, and what the device is selling for on the resale market. We test the device on the spot and price it the same way the wholesale market would.
Do I need ID to sell a device?
Yes. Pennsylvania law requires us to record a valid government issued photo ID for any electronics buyback. Driver license, state ID, military ID, or passport all work.
Can I sell a phone that is still on a carrier plan or financing?
If the phone is still being financed or has an active payment plan, the offer may be lower or the device may not qualify. Bring it in and we will check the device status.
Do I need the original box and charger?
No. The original box and charger can bump your offer up slightly but they are not required.
